Our production team was hand picked by the prestigious Hong Kong Jockey Club (HKJC) to produce a film about their scholars’ experiences during a bespoke summer school leadership programme in Oxford.

35 young scholars of diverse professional backgrounds from Hong Kong and mainland China embraced the rich learning experience, hosted by many leading Oxford academics who shared insights into leadership skills and self-development. How very fortunate.

As film producers, we really understand the importance of leadership skills. Motivation and enthusiasm to achieve a common vision is paramount for example as well as great interpersonal communication.

If we had to give a tip to young aspiring film-makers, it would be to perfect their own leadership skills in order to inspire their team and their crew for the best outcomes. Beautiful shots, great interviews and films that are a good watch seldom happen without such life skills.
